Portraiture to me is an intimate painting practice used to tell the viewer about the subject using symbolism, colour theory and composition.
With a small inclusion of human portraits, what better to immortalize our smaller companions in paint with pet portraits! Here is my collection of my most impactful paintings that challenged and moved me to study this practice further.
